In your role as a recruitment consultant, you will;

• Source the best candidates on the market to meet our client’s talent requirements
• Understand client requirements/growth plans, and provide in depth market knowledge
• Manage the recruitment process and candidate experience from sourcing to offer stage
• Account Management- Maintain and develop our relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring we provide a first-class client experience
• Grow and nurture your candidate/client network
• Ensure efficiency in time to hire and other SLA’s are met
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure we are all working as a collective to achieve companywide goals.

• Ambitious, self-starter with high personal standards and expectations.
• Inquisitive nature with the ability to listen actively to your candidates and clients.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
