Trainer and Onboarding Specialist

A well-known illustrious social media platform is looking for a Trainer and Onboarding Specialist to work in their Dublin office.

We are seeking an extraordinary talent as The Customer Success Training and Onboarding role is an essential link between customers and scaled Customer Success resources. You will guide corporate customers through critical training and onboarding, ensuring that every customer is set up for long-term engagement and modern selling. You will drive customer success at scale by providing customers live and on-demand product, industry and skill-based training.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver live and on-demand instructor led training via a variety of modalities and technologies
  • Facilitate instructor-led classroom and virtual training to end-user customers and partners on a regular schedule across regions and globally
  • Partner with Customer Education Team and fellow trainers to ensure consistent processes, programs and customer experience globally
  • Review feedback and identify opportunity for improvement on an ongoing basis
  • Maintain participant records (e.g., registration, test scores, evaluations and attendance)
  • Prepare training reports (e.g., weekly progress reports and training summaries)
  • Become an expert on modern selling methodology, associated sales tools (e.g. Salesforce), and LSS customers
  • Understand customers’ business goals and objectives and develop strong rapport with them, owning the customer relationship during the 30-day onboarding phase
  • Effectively project manage a rolling 30-day portfolio of customer onboarding projects, ensuring a successful and timely onboarding for each account
  • Monitor and analyze account health metrics over the onboarding period, deliver best practices to improve platform usage, and share onboarding progress report at day 30
  • Maintain strong communication with account team members to ensure smooth internal handoff

Sound great so far? Here is what makes you the perfect candidate for the role: 

  • Fluency in German is a must !
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a Customer Success, Training, or L&D environment.
  • Experience delivering ILT/vILT learning programs
  • Experience in a customer- or client-facing role (such as Client Success, Customer Success, or Account Management)
  • Strong sense of customer empathy; relationship-driven; ability to thrive helping customers over the phone or email
  • Keen organization, prioritization, project management and time management abilities
  • Comfort with delivering presentations to groups of any size and seniority level, from end-users to executives
  • Knowledge in adult learning principles, both inside and outside of traditional classroom environments

Preferably you have a direct work experience in a training capacity, including external training as well as internal curriculum development and execution and experience using Gainsight platform; CRM experience. You are the ideal candidate, if you are coming from a client facing position, and have SAS experience.
