Tax Accountant

Are you an experienced Tax accountant looking to embark on a new opportunity with a global employer? Sounds good, so what will my day be like?

• You will be tasked with staying on top of compliance and regulations and interacting with relevant departments to ensure regulations are adhered to.
• Preparation of annual corporation tax charge
• Analysing capital expenditure for the purposes of capital allowances
• Review of excise duty returns and alcohol process throughout the company
• International taxation reporting
• Participation in internal and external tax audits

You still have my attention, what do I need to apply?

A recognised Tax qualification and/or ACA/ACCA is essential along with previous experience in an EU VAT management role. You will have extensive knowledge of existing and proposed VAT legislation. Experience of working with a large ERP system like SAP or Oracle would be a distinct advantage.

You will demonstrate an excellent eye for detail and be incredibly strategic in your approach to work. You will be self-aware and well able to adapt in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. A candidate who is very commercially aware will do well here and the company want talent who will voice their opinion and strive to have their ideas heard.
