As a Procurement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders, lead sourcing initiatives, and shape the future of their culinary offerings.

The Procurement Specialist plays a pivotal role in determining and managing the sourcing strategy for food service and kitchen equipment, supporting corporate cafes and restaurants in various locations worldwide. By engaging with stakeholders, implementing category strategies, and ensuring efficient sourcing processes, you will be instrumental in providing a cutting-edge culinary experience for our tech-savvy workforce.

What does the day to day involve?

• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp business requirements and craft comprehensive category strategies, plans, and sourcing processes for food service and kitchen equipment.
• Develop understanding of business drivers and their impact on overall business strategy, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert.
• Serve as a beacon of knowledge on procurement policies, processes, and industry best practices.
• Lead critical sourcing activities for business projects, meticulously managing delivery timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Foster and nurture enduring relationships with existing strategic suppliers while actively identifying potential new partnerships.
• Champion compliance with sourcing process, acting as an internal consultant across each stage of procurement.
• Formulate and maintain category or subcategory strategies, continually enriching our sourcing pipelines.

What experience makes me an eligible candidate for the role?

• 5+ years' rxperience in a food service / food retail sectors in a procurement/sourcing function.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Profound analytical and decision-making skills that drive insightful procurement decisions.
• Thorough understanding of procurement and sourcing methodologies, coupled with supply chain management expertise.
