Global Sales Manager (Meta - 5 Month contract)

Role: Global Sales Manager
Locations: United Kingdom or Ireland Remote 

Meta's Small & Medium Business Group (SBG) is looking for a Global Sales Manager to support us in the day to day running of our outsourced sales programs. 

The role will involve performance management of our outsourced vendors, internal and external stakeholder management and assistance with project management for our business, including task progress tracking and communication cascades. 

Key success factors in this role include strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills across different levels of the organization, proficiency in project management tools and processes, and the ability to quickly understand, organize and simplify complexity under pressure. 

This position is a contract role for 5 months based remotely from Ireland or the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities 

• Working closely with our global vendor footprint in weekly business reviews to monitor and improve performance 
• Provide weekly reporting to internal stakeholders on program, market and regional performance 
• Project manage tasks raised by our vendors through effective prioritization and weekly status updates to both internal and external audiences 
• Work effectively in a highly collaborative environment 
• Influence vendor partners to exceed operational, sales and productivity goals 
• Channel advertiser feedback back into the business to provide customer-centric guidance and program recommendations 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in either sales, sales enablement, strategy, or outsourced sales, ideally in the tech industry 
• Knowledge of the advertising industry with an understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem 
• Experience of working with project management tools such as Asana or Jira 
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups internally and externally to produce meaningful results 
• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and organized 
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity 
• Exceptional ability to prioritize and focus on driving growth 
• Strong analytical skills and process mgmt. skills, high attention to detail and rigor, can-do attitude, and desire to learn 
• Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills across functions and regions 
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with the drive for making an impact 
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, in high-pressure situations
