Martyna joined Recruiters in May 2021 with more than five years of recruitment consulting experience. Before joining the team, Martyna worked as an in-house recruiter for an IT consulting company specializing in localization and data collection projects within the software and IT sector. Since joining the team, Martyna has been promoted to Associate Manager of the Contracting Recruitment Division in 2023.

Martyna decided to join our multi-award-winning contracting recruitment division to further develop her career within a well-established company that doesn't treat you like a number:

Martyna works with our growing list of enterprise clients in Ireland, mainly within the software and high-tech space. Martyna is known for combining her knowledge, experience and relationship capabilities as a recruitment consultant with the latest technology and techniques available at RECRUITERS to ensure our contract and temporary workforce community secure meaningful careers and our clients achieve their business goals in IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and more.

In her spare time, Martyna keeps incredibly active with a number of hobbies, such as:

• Sea swimming
• Trail running
• Reading a good book
• Watching Netflix, and
• Most importantly...planning holidays!

If that's not already enough, Martyna has also lived in China for five years, traveled extensively around Asia and is currently pursuing a level 5 CIPD qualification in HR.
