Supply Chain Concept Manager

As a Supply Chain Concept Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the supply of stock meets demand across the Online store and Bricks & Mortar stores. You will work collaboratively with the Buying and Merchandise teams who are responsible for the concepts. This will consist of managing stock levels in stores from set up before it arrives to in-season trading and finally supporting the liquation process. Effective collaboration with our Buying, Merchandise, & Retail teams will be a crucial part of this role.

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

• Review stock holding groups, grades, profiles, and pre-allocations before each season
• Set up product flags for efficient inbound and picking processes in the fulfillment center
• Report on inbound booking, query management, and compliance with brands
• Analyse best sellers and make necessary changes to profiles, store openings/closures, and product ranges.
• Collaborate with concept buying team to identify trends and plan pricing and future store ranging.
• Manage Fast Moving Lines (FMLs) recall to optimize stock sell-through and margins
• Work with Buying & Merchandising teams on pre-season setup and store trend planning.
• Improve option capacities and store layouts in collaboration with Retail Operations

People Management:

• Coach and develop Supply Chain Coordinators for career progression.
• Foster a high-performance culture and create talent pipeline plans

Communication:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and participate in departmental meetings.
• Provide insights and propose strategies to optimize sell-through
• Communicate sales trends and areas of opportunity

What do you need from me?

• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated stakeholder engagement  
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Plan & Organise in advance anticipating & minimising business threats & maximising business opportunities
• Possess a high level of retail Commercial Awareness integrated with a good sense of Business Acumen to always support and protect the needs of the business.
