As a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator, you be responsible for co-ordinating the stock activities across our clients Supply Chain.

You will report the Supply Chain Concept Manager and work closely with our Store teams.

As part of the Supply Chain Team, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right price will be your key focus.

 

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?
 

  • Ensure store delivery shipping & booking compliance between stores & FC.
     
  • Collate recall requests from Supply Chain Concept Managers and issue to stores in-line with capacities agreed with Head of Supply Chain which includes FMLs, Aged Stock Recalls.

 

  • To support stores and our 3PL in recall processing to improve stock movement compliance across the brand.
     
  • Daily Pick Pool Monitoring to ensure issues or roll over is highlighted to Supply Chain Concept Managers for action
     
  • Monitor & Record stock movement compliance to ensure continued stock accuracy and highlight ways to improve the process including highlighting training needs with stores.
     
  • Manage and ensure optimal supply of FC consumables e.g. ecom bags

 

Communication

  • A key communication enabler between stores and GXO team in FC to support the recall process flow
     
  • Constructive and fair when reporting on store compliance whist supporting the stores where processing training needs may be required

 

  • Innovative and be able to communicate new ideas on how to streamline the stock movement processes to internal stakeholders
     
  • Be able to access issues impacting SLAs
     
  • Compile and issue period and quarterly reporting on stock movement compliance and present in trading meetings

 

 

       What do you need from me?
 

  • Must have worked in Retail or B2C Industry.

 

  • Have high levels of attention to detail
     
  • Strong numeric, data/analytical, and organisational skills.

 

  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365) BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and Microsoft Office.
