Senior Personal Lines Insurance Broker

Location: Dublin 4

Roles: Personal Lines Insurance Broker and Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with Insurers:Engage with insurers to facilitate the acceptance of submissions for new business and oversee the renewal process.
• Submission Facilitation:Efficiently facilitate and process new business submissions, mid-term alterations, and renewals to ensure seamless transactions.
• Policy Processing:Take charge of processing all aspects related to insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Data Management and Compliance:Update and maintain accurate customer information and data files while adhering to the Data Protection Act, Consumer Protection Code, and Central Bank of Ireland requirements.
• Dealing with both Insurer and customer queries in a professional and timely manner whilst consistently delivering the highest standard of customer service and assistance.
• Providing insurance advice to existing and prospective clients.
• Handling and resolving queries from customers and Insurers on a daily basis including claim handling assistance.
• School Fees -scheme administration
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

• APA qualified / Grandfather or CIP qualified
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a brokerage
• Experience using Relay.
