Sales Support Specialist

So what's the role?

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and reporting on sales support activities within the commercial division. You'll collaborate with a team of dedicated colleagues across account management, channel management and outsourced partners.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the business, from sales to operations, process flows, and more.

And what will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

• Coordinating with the sales operations team to provide essential post-sales information to the sales team.
• Assisting with new programs, sales contracts, and client onboarding, with a focus on DocuSign management.
• Monitoring, managing, and maintaining weekly reporting statistics based on agreed targets, utilizing tools like Power Bi, Snapfix, Dynamics, and DocuSign.
• Maximizing returns on existing commercial accounts through sales support, including client interactions as needed.
• Coordinating and overseeing commercial renewal contracts in collaboration with the sales team and management.
• Collaborating with team members to optimize the customer journey and relevant client touchpoints.
• Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams.
• Accurately capturing client data and uploading it to the CRM.
• Attending industry events and conferences to provide feedback and insights on market trends.
• Demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Liaising with the marketing team to explore new ideas and assist with sales delivery and rollouts.

So what do you need from me to be considered?

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Fast learner with a passion for supporting sales activities. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. Team player with the capability to work independently. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
