Personal Lines Team Member

Position: Personal Lines Customer Service Executive

Our client is seeking individuals who can excel in customer service by efficiently handling inquiries, managing a high volume of calls, closing sales, negotiating terms with insurers when necessary, and maintaining daily communication with senior management.

It will also involve identifying any obstacles to sales or renewals and conveying these concerns to the organization. Attention to detail is essential, ensuring the accuracy and validation of customer information in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieving sales goals through exceptional customer service.
• Overcoming objections and closing sales.
• Pursuing leads provided by the marketing team.
• Updating customer information in accordance with GDPR guidelines and compliance standards.
• Establishing client accounts and ensuring the accuracy of relevant customer documentation.
• Handling renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Responding to incoming sales and customer service calls.

Qualifications:

• Grandfathered, APA, or CIP qualified, or actively working towards insurance exams.
• Previous experience in a similar sales or customer service role is required, with training and call scripting provided as needed.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Applied Systems - Relay is an advantage.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data protection requirements.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales or customer service role is required, with sales training considered an advantage.
