Personal Lines Insurance Broker

Where? Dublin 5 + free parking space!

As Personal Lines Insurance Broker, you'll be responsible for managing client bookings and handling renewals, new business, mid-term adjustments, and queries related to motor, household, legal expenses, and travel insurance products.

With a focus on customer retention and satisfaction, you'll secure renewal retention for all classes of business, sell products to new customers, cross-sell/up-sell to our existing client book, and operate our Relay system proficiently.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Secure renewal retention for all classes of business
• Sell products to new customers
• Cross-sell/up-sell products to our existing client book as appropriate
• Demonstrate excellent customer service
• Operate our Relay system proficiently

Your profile:

• APA or CIP qualified
• Candidate needs to come from an Insurance broker
• Familiar with Relay system proficiently
• Great communication skills
• Ability to sell and cross sell targets
