Personal Lines Executive – Cork

Want to work for Ireland's largest insurance brokers? With loads of room for growth and progression, We are currently recruiting Personal Lines Executives for our branches in Fermoy & Macroom. Our client represents over 100 insurures and manage general insurance agents and are known to be the trusted partner.

In this role you will be at the forefront of all things insurance, managing clients and handling their renewals on a daily basis whilst building great relationships internally and externally with new and existing customers.

What will my day-to-day look like?

• Ensuring renewal terms are issued to clients in line with Central Bank requirements.
• Examining the market for alternative products to suit the clients’ needs.
• Updating our database to reflect any material changes to policies. 
• Issuing revised quotes following policy alterations
• Liaising with your colleagues throughout the group and with insurers

What do I need?

• Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Be very organised, diligent & thorough
• Be a good team player who is highly motivated & enthusiastic
• Be competent using databases, Microsoft Office, Word & Excel.
• enjoy learning
• Have customer service experience
• Ideally have experience in a similar role & hold or be progressing through your CIP  qualification.
