Insurance Customer Service Advisor – APA minimum

Where? Galway ( office 1 day a week)

 

Salary? €30,000 - €33,500

 

About you:

• The ideal candidate must genuinely care about providing excellent customer service
• While having CIP (Customer Insurance Professional) certification is preferred, a minimum of APA (Associate of the Personal Finance Society) is acceptable.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceptional customer service to Insurance's clients.
• Handle incoming emails from various companies and colleagues in the Customer Service inbox.
• Process claims efficiently.
• Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.
• Display professionalism and ethical conduct when dealing with coworkers, clients, and insurers.
• Manage all midterm amendments.
• Take charge of initial claims notification and any necessary follow-up documentation.
• Comply with the current CPC (Consumer Protection Code) and DPA (Data Protection Act).
• Support the Finance department in its operations.
