To work in a dynamic organisation based near Connolly station – the role is to lead operations and team delivering a complex customer service and support function to consumers and businesses by:

 

  • informing consumers and business users of certain rights
  • providing relevant information on issue resolution
  • ensuring that consumers have an effective redress mechanism to deal with complaints
  • The Head of Consumer Care will operationalise the department through management and optimisation of people, processes, and systems and through the delivery of key strategic projects and vendor management

 

You:

 

  • Degree in business or other relevant area.   
  • Demonstrable management experience in management of a complex customer care function
  • Ability to manage outsourced providers and manage agreed SLA’s.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing strategies in respect of a consumer care function
  • Proven organisational and project management skills
