About Us: Our client has a rapidly growing community-driven company at the forefront of coding education. You'll be an essential part of our team, focused on enhancing student engagement and satisfaction.

What does my day to day look like:

• Onboard and manage student details using our CRM system.
• Support and engage with students through various channels.
• Swiftly address and resolve student issues.
• Contribute to improving our support processes.
• Foster connections across our clients Institute departments.
• Assist graduates in their job search journey.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German (C1 level).
• Third-level Degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Student/Customer care.
• Interest in coding or technology.
• Tech-related experience is a plus.
