My client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Advisor to join their dynamic team in Galway.

 

As a Customer Care Advisor in the Life Insurance department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering unparalleled service to their valued clients. If you are a skilled communicator, have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and possess a background in financial services, we want to hear from you!

 

Position Overview:

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to outstanding customer service in the Life Insurance sector. You will engage with their clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing insightful advice on life cover, critical illness cover, savings, and investments. Your role will contribute to their client's financial security and peace of mind.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring their concerns are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Policy Expertise: Utilize your expertise in Life Insurance to assist clients in understanding their policies, making informed decisions, and providing guidance on policy details.
  • Claim Pre-Vetting: Play a crucial role in the claims process by reviewing and validating insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Professional Communication: Contact clients in a professional and compliant manner, demonstrating effective communication skills and a strong commitment to ethical conduct.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our Life Insurance team and Financial Advisors, sharing a common goal of providing exceptional service to our clients.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • QFA qualification or APA certification in Life, Savings, and Investments is required.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with a genuine passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Professional and ethical conduct in all interactions.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
