We are looking for committed, enthusiastic, and ambitious Insurance professionals looking to join their Senior Team based in Galway. The training here is second to none, you’ll be prepped and primed to hit the ground running; you’ll also be working towards industry-specific qualifications which will allow you to progress within the company.

Your job will be mainly phone based and is sales focused, so if you’re a natural networker, business-minded, this will really suit you. You’ll speak to potential and existing clients with a consultative approach tailoring solutions to suit their needs. You’ll have a set of targets and deliverables to drive you towards performing to your best ability and achieving your career goals.

What do I need to bring to the job?

• You will need to be APA qualified or at least 12 months experience working in Insurance.
• Previous high volume Outbound and Inbound call experience is essential.
• You’ll be ambitious, driven, and eager to succeed and want to progress.

This job is offering a package of €40,000 - €45,000, a bonus incentive, a pension plan, health discount, employee discount, great training and long-term career progression.
