Sarah Pope has been with RECRUITERS since April 2016, initially joining as our In-Life programme manager before moving into contracting recruitment and becoming head of the contracting recruitment division in 2019, Associate Director in 2022 and Company Director in 2023.

Sarah has a background in internal audit and sales and has a qualification in human resource management from CIPD and completed a management development programme with TSS Training. In 2019, she also had the opportunity to contribute to the development of an upcoming Level 8 apprenticeship in recruitment, which will be run by NCI and should launch in 2020. Sarah also won the award for Contracting Recruiter of the Year at the 2019 NRF Recruitment Industry Awards.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys socialising with family and friends, going to the gym or for weekend hikes and traveling to new places, near or far, as often as possible. She likes learning new languages and is an avid reader. She will also follow a bit of GAA when she can.
