Internal Talent Acquisition and L&D Manager
Robert Fagan joined RECRUITERS in May 2019, having always felt that recruitment was a good fit for him. When he came across the RECRUITERS website, it really resonated with him and he knew it would be a great environment to develop his career.
In 2021, Robert was promoted to senior recruitment consultant in our contracting division, mostly working on finance, tech and customer success/sales roles for our enterprise clients.
Studying part-time in 2021, Robert went on to receive a First Class Honors in "Adult and Workforce Education" from the National College of Ireland in 2021. This, in addition to his impeccable track record of sourcing and recruiting excellent talent for our clients, saw him being promoted to Internal Talent Acquisition and L&D Manager at RECRUITERS.
Prior to RECRUITERS, Robert worked in the financial sector, with almost four years in Citibank before moving into recruitment. He’s very passionate about L&D and is currently in his third year of a degree in adult and workforce education.
In his spare time, Robert likes to read, workout and spend time with family and friends. He believes it is really important to recharge when you can to keep up with the fast pace of recruitment.
