How long have you worked in recruitment?

I just started to work in recruitment when I joined Recruiters.ie in June 2022. It's been a very exciting journey so far! However, I've been in various sales roles my whole career - mainly within the insurance sector in Ireland, Spain and South America. I'm originally from Venezuela. 

Why did you join?

I got inspired when I read about their purpose statement on their website: “We believe that everyone should feel inspired in work, secure when they’re there, and leave fulfilled every day.” 

I’m a true believer in doing what I love and to try and make lives more pleasant, and be part of a team who strives to help candidates land their dream jobs and clients achieve their business goals is a dream job for me.

Tell me a bit about your role and about your speciality.

I work in the permanent recruitment division and specialise in frontend IT roles mainly. There's a huge demand for IT people which is great because it means more and more experience for me every day! I’m happy to say that no day is the same which keeps me motivated to learn more about the IT world.

What’s your background before RECRUITERS?

I am a sales and insurance professional with a diverse background in roles, markets, and geography in Ireland, Spain and South America. Experience within supply, aviation, and insurance industries.

Excellent track record of developing sales strategies built on strong customer focus. Experience and fluency in communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to excel independently or as a team member. Ambitious and self-driven to succeed. Specialist in sales driven, customer satisfaction, and more with tenacity and attention to detail.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I really enjoy outdoor activities; at the same time, I love spending time with my family and friends. I also love music and dance, if one day you see me walking down the street, you may catch me dancing while listening to my favourite Latin music!
