Senior Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst Manager to lead a growing Projects Department. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind bridging the gap between Business Operations and IT, reporting to the Head of Projects. If you're a visionary leader with a passion for translating business needs into high-quality solutions, we want you!

 

�� Your New Role Responsibilities:

 

• Mentor and develop two junior Business Analysts. People management experience is essential.
• Champion the requirements capturing process, aligning it with company goals and driving continuous improvement.
• Elicit requirements and specifications from business stakeholders using various tools, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Review information from multiple sources, reconcile proposed solutions with business inputs, and resolve conflicts.
• Challenge assumptions and propose Business Value Estimation and metrics to drive success.
• Lead the specification of large, complex projects, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
• Identify potential impacts, risks, and issues to support effective project delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and Data teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Share expertise and manage the Business Analysis team to foster knowledge and development.

 

✨ You:

 

• 4+ years’ experience in Business Analysis or a similar role in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Ability to offer non-software solutions and workarounds to business challenges.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in documenting low-level complex functional specifications.
• Experience producing Business Value Estimations and Cost Benefit Analyses.
• Previous people management or team leadership experience.
• Skilled in mapping complex business processes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Results-driven, team player, and resilient.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office tools - Visio, Excel, and Word.
