Senior Business Analyst (6 months Contract)      

Want to work for a fast moving Business to Consumer business in Dublin south – with a growing projects team that act as the bridge between operations and IT, this role has a focus on Business Value Estimation or Cost Benefit Analysis. You will work closely with key stakeholders to gather, analyse and translate specific needs for this new business offering to produce, clear, unambiguous business requirements and functional specification documents and work at a high level to drive and challenge stakeholders assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans. Influence is key. You will propose Business Value Estimation and metrics, define the approach to specifying large, complex projects with a number of stakeholders and dependencies and ensure that documentation is delivered

Identify potential impacts, risk, issues, gaps to enable effective delivery of projects, programmes and change initiatives and ensure appropriate attention is focused on key dependencies such as QA and Data Work with UAT teams to ensure that the documented requirements are delivered

You

Will have a degree and be OK with a few days a week in this dynamic office environment to engage with people directly and have

• 5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis in a fast-paced commercial environment – Business to Consumer like in Retail, energy or Telco
• Experience offering non-software solutions and Software both – this is a functional BA and some Tech too – you will have solid business experience producing Business Value Estimation or Cost Benefit Analysis and reporting.
• Experience in the documentation of low level complex functional specifications.
• Experience mapping complex business processes and documentation.
• Stakeholder management with excellent communicator & interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels.
• Excellent MS Office skills- Visio, Excel and Word

€520 – 550 a day
