We are now looking for a dynamic and ambitious Science Graduate to join our contracting team as a Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you will play a key role in identifying and placing top talent with some of the world’s biggest companies. You will be responsible for understanding our clients' needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and guiding them through the interview and placement process.
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your scientific knowledge while building a successful career in recruitment and sales.
What will my day to day involve?
Develop a deep understanding of our clients' industries and talent requirements
Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events
Collaborate with clients to define job requirements and candidate profiles
Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews and feedback sessions
Manage the offer negotiation and onboarding process for successful placements
Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions
What do I need?
A bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Desire to build a successful career in recruitment and sales
Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic industry
Previous sales experience or a strong interest in pursuing a sales career is a plus

The base salary for this role is between €28,000 with an OTE of €42,500. However, commission is uncapped and there is an additional bonus/commission scheme in place when you reach or exceed your yearly target.
