Your day-to-day role:

  • Work with our client base and new clients to promote our Executive Search Brand, LeaderBoard.
  • Take ownership of all retained assignments from job analysis to onboarding of new executive hires
  • Work on contingent senior appointments as required
  • Fill roles such as Head of, Director of and C suite roles as well as certain PMO roles with the view of hiring a second consultant for PMO when suitable
  • Contribute to business development activities for the whole agency through your senior appointments network  
  • Market Mapping to find candidates and approach them for roles
  • Develop and use innovative candidate sourcing strategies including Our Database, Referrals, LinkedIn, and the most used Jobs boards in Ireland.  
  • Develop strong awareness of the market to target and hire the best talent for our clients and develop good candidate talent pipelines
  • Ensure efficiency in time to hire and other SLA’s are met
  • Present and sell candidates to Hiring Managers, ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodologies for each client, and negotiate rates/salary packages at offer stage
  • Account Management of named key accounts to grow our service lines to them
  • Mentor junior members of the team across various activities

To be considered for interview, your skills and experience must include:

  • 3rd Level degree with at least 3 years work experience in a Recruitment Agency or inhouse TA or similar
  • Good understanding of the world of business and senior leadership appointments.
  • Ambitious, self-starter with high personal standards and expectations.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Work in line with and champion our values of openness, drive, creativity, fun and honesty

Additional Information: 

The base salary for this role is between €40,000 - €60,000 salary DOE and bonus/commission scheme
