They are looking for a confident experienced candidates interested in working in a payroll bureau environment and who has the IPASS payroll qualification. Responsibilities

• Payroll processing in a busy bureau environment
• Dealing with all aspects of the payroll process, BIK, share awards, pension and other voluntary and statutory deductions
• Dealing with starters and leavers registrations
• Process the monthly PAYE Submissions on ROS
• Carry out payroll reconciliations using Excel
• Providing security payslips for all employees
• Liaising with clients
• Staff training on payroll systems

Sounds great, how do I get an interview?

• IPass qualification and more than 2+ years’ experience in payroll bureau / consulting or varied payroll environment
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills and really good Excel skills
• Experienced in using payroll systems (Europay experience an advantage)
• Enthusiastic and confident with the ability to work within a team environment
• The ability to work to tight deadlines and under time pressure

€35-40k DOE and Package. Hybrid role can be based in Dublin or Limerick office.
