About the Role

Reporting to the Head of MarComms to support Marketing Function which delivers brand strategies and campaigns across a portfolio of brands in this exciting sports organisation. This role will specifically assist the marketing and promotion activities. You will be specifically responsible for supporting and implementing the marketing strategy that grows brand awareness, fandom, as well as increasing attendance at events. You will develop and manage campaigns across both digital and traditional mediums for events.

Responsibilities 

·         Executing marketing strategy, campaigns, events and launches.

·         Manage and implement multi-channel brand marketing campaigns

·         Provide digital analytics and insight on all marketing activities.

·         Coordinate the production of brand material  including digital assets, POS, fixture details, event staging in line with brand guidelines.

·         Support the Head of Marketing in maintaining brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications across all brand touch points.

·         Contribute to the strategic planning to drive forward agreed marketing objectives

·         Managing associated administration/purchase orders

·         Support our Commercial department and Sponsors to create campaigns and activations

·         Managing workflow and schedule to ensure timely delivery of projects.

·         Liaising with and managing vendors

 

What do I need to bring to the table 

Essential: Will have a relevant Marketing or Business Degree and over 2 years consumer marketing, and brand campaign experience in BtoC

  • In depth experience planning and executing campaigns across a wide range of media platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media from a campaign perspective
  • Proven experience managing external creative and media agencies
  • Proven campaign delivery and success against KPIs
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
  • Strong collaboration and team working skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent knowledge of Google and Facebook Ad platforms and analytics
  • Email marketing experience – content writing and performance tracking
  • Ability to work in an ever changing & fast paced demanding environment
