Our Permanent and Contracting divisions recruit for across Technology, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, HR & Talent and Engineering / Supply Chain with iconic brands. We are one of Irelands top Irish owned generalist recruitment agencies and have a fantastic client base across several industries. This role will be for a business development and relationship management oriented consultant interested in crafting a career as one of Irelands top Marketing Recruiters.

Your day-to-day role:

• As a Principal you will be responsible for developing a strong awareness in the market of our Marketing Recruitment offering to our clients and new clients.
• Work on Account Management of our existing client base and make sure they know all about you.
• Business development (your own, campaigns with marketing and sales team, fostering activity across the business to leverage contacts) to drive revenue and expansion
• Work on all Permanent marketing roles for our clients, ensuring that all our processes are followed and in line with the agreed methodologies for each client  
• There will be the opportunity if you wish to hire, train and mentor a junior consultant as a resource once certain milestones are met  
• Champion the use of our CRM BULLHORN to manage and utilise our data to find candidates and clients and win
• Content Marketing to brand and raise awareness, events and more to grow your business line

To be considered for interview, your skills and experience must include:

• 3rd Level degree with at least 5 years work experience in a Recruitment Agency specialising in Marketing and digital OR in a sales and business development role within the Marketing arena and a passion to learn more about the industry
• Solid business development, account management and sales DNA
• Inquisitive nature with the ability to listen actively to your candidates and clients and develop business acumen. 
• Ambitious, self-starter with high personal standards and expectations.
• Exceptional communication and rapport building skills
• Well organised and data oriented – you will understand the need to capture candidate data correctly to quickly service your clients needs
• Work in line with and champion our values of openness, drive, creativity, fun and honesty

Additional Information: 
The base salary and OTE for this role is wide open depending on what you bring to the table. We also offer a 5% Flexi benefits package, great holidays, off site events and a ski trip planned for when we hit our target in 2023. We also offer a unique benefit, Project Revive – an extra month’s annual leave for you paid after a certain period of employment with us.
