About the role

The clients  Marketing Campaign Manager will design and deliver a data-driven marketing strategy to help enable our exciting growth plans within the Group’s two luxury golf tour operator brands. You will be joining an ambitious and passionate team that is tireless in creating unforgettable golf experiences, and value for our clients. Ideal opportunity for a candidate with a passion for data, who is confident and can plan, execute and measure B2C marketing campaigns to a discerning client base.As part of the Group marketing team, the role will involve executing a wide range of digital and traditional campaigns for the clients travel tours, working alongside an in-house content team and an established network of external marketing agencies. Under the guidance of the Head of Marketing, the role provides career growth potential in line with our ambitious corporate vision.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, target audiences, and marketing budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify campaign goals, messaging and channels.
  • Manage and coordinate with retained creative agencies, PR firms, and media partners.
  • Analyse data trends to identify campaign opportunities and potential risks.
  • Develop campaign timelines, budgets and metrics to track campaign performance and ROI.
  • Work with the Content team to ensure the production of optimised content across social media posts, email newsletters, blog articles, and other marketing materials.
  • Work with the external digital agency to integrate and optimize paid search and paid social ad performance.
  • Evaluate campaign results and adjust tactics as necessary to improve performance.
  • Provide regular campaign status updates and reports to the leadership team and other stakeholders.
  • Drive online conversion rate within key international B2C markets.
  • Be data-driven – provide analysis with recommendations on how to improve campaign performance.
  • Execute test and learn programmes to maximise engagement and return.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and how best we can meet their needs. Use feedback and campaign data to recommend how we can enhance our products, services & customer experience.
  • Strict adherence to confidentiality applies to all aspects of the role, including outside office hours.

Experience Required 

  • Three to Five years’ experience in a marketing campaign delivery role.
  • Proven experience in HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to concisely summarise data.
  • An excellent understanding of social media platforms. 
  • Proven understanding of SEO, social media, content marketing. tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WebTrends and SEMRush.
  • A strong knowledge of golf industry and/or luxury travel market is desirable.
  • Flexible: Ability to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and respond to competing needs. 

Academic/Other Requirements

  • Marketing or Business Studies related degree
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Full Driving License and own car.
