Account Manager - Investments

This Irish-owned and managed investment business was founded over 20 years ago, with over $7 billion in global assests, they deal with high-net-worth individuals as well as global banks to provide managed future strategies.

As a Client Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for high-net-worth clients and play a crucial role in growing the business.

So what will I be doing on a daily basis?

• Acting as the first point of contact for your portfolio of clients
• Proactively reaching out to financial advisors to give company updates, as well as looking for new business opportunities with these stakeholders
• Setting times and dates to follow up in a proactive manner and managing your schedule through a CRM system
• Manage inbound lead request forms

Sounds good, what do you need from me to be considered?

• A 2.1 degree in business, finance, accounting or similar
• Two years of experience in an account management or SDR role, ideally within a professional services business
• Proven track record in outbound sales and using a CRM to track all sales activity
• Ability to work US hours one week per month to engage with US-based customers
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
