Due to their continued success and reputation in the market we’re looking for Business Development Manager who is an out and out hunter, someone who loves corporate sales, is comfortable selling HR solutions, a great networker, and a strong negotiator.

If this is you, we want to hear from you! This role can be based anywhere in Ireland. €50,000 base salary with uncapped commission structure (guarantee first year earnings of €70,000). This is your chance to work with a fantastic company with great culture and offers a super OTE €100,000 package.

This Business Development Manager role is a field-based role and the successful candidate will be working in the Westmeath area.

Sounds brilliant! So what will my day be like?

  • Owning the full sales cycle to win new SME and corporate business accounts; lead generation to set up meetings, presenting face to face and closing!
  • Developing a strategic plan to achieve a successful pipeline of short, medium and long term prospects
  • Building rapport with your clients to understand their business needs and presenting the best solutions and contracts to create a win-win partnership
  • Staying one step ahead of the market - Keeping abreast of client issues, product knowledge and market intelligence, including attendance at appropriate networking events.

 

Excellent! So what skills and experience must I have?

  • 1+ years of commercial experience in a B2B corporate business development position – must have a proven track record in new business/acquisition selling complex leasing solutions
  • The successful candidate should have experience managing a full, new business sales cycle with a passion for sales, cold calling, lead generation, and networking
  • Full clean driving license

Location

The salary is €50,000 + €20,000 guarantee commission for your first 12 months, company car or car allowance, and benefits package. This is a field sales position based in the Westmeath region, this position will not be around for long so if interested please apply today!
