Reporting to Head of Marketing you will be the voice of the consumer in the development of the overall brand strategy for this exciting sports organisation, the role has responsibility for building and enhancing the customer experience while supporting brand positioning and developing, implementing, and managing projects and campaigns across both digital and traditional mediums. This person is an important member of the wider Marcomms team and will be responsible for the annual brand plan and all marketing campaigns which drive events attendance, enhance fan engagement, manage multiple consumer brand touch points, and support the overall commercial brand strategy.
 

What You'll Do:
 

  • Executing the brand strategy in line with overall business objectives and brand identity and positioning
  • Act as the 'brand guardian', maintaining brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications across all brand touch points.
  • Create and publish all marketing material in line with brand marketing plans
  • Support the brand elements of CRM roll out with campaign planning and campaign delivery
  • Measure, track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness to determine the return on investment.
  • Initiate and execute innovative Product Development, Sales Promotion programmes
  • Market research – create and execute insights programme, analyse data for satisfaction levels and brand NPS tracking.
  • Work in partnership with Sponsors to create campaigns and activations


What You'll Bring:

Essential:

A relevant Degree or professional qualification and a minimum of 5 years consumer marketing, and brand management experience

  • In depth experience planning and executing successful campaigns
  • Brand budget management experience
  • Strong organisational, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Integrated-communication campaign planning- Proven campaign delivery and success against KPIs
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media from a campaign perspective
  • Strong understanding of CRM and working knowledge of Microsoft dynamics and active campaign
  • Email marketing experience – content writing and performance tracking.
