Are you a BDR / Business Development specialist now looking for something more interesting and consultative? Are you a hunter, prospecting and uncovering opportunities but feel you have more to offer? Why not take your skills to the lucrative space of daily rate contracting in the world of Recruitment? The role involves a lot of outbound work to both client contacts in a position to hire daily rate contractors and then working calling Daily Rate contractors themselves to build out a book of available contractors, and learn from them what opportunities and clients are out there?

The base salary for this role is between €35,000 - €55,000, depending on experience. However, commission is uncapped and there is an additional bonus/commission scheme in place when you reach or exceed your yearly target.
