Tracey joined RECRUITERS in 2021 on the Sales and Marketing recruitment division for permanent hires. Despite being brand new to the recruitment industry, Tracey made her first placement for one of our enterprise clients within two weeks of joining and was promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant in 2023.

Tracey is a professional at listening to people, identifying symptoms, diagnosing problems and helping people succeed as she was an intensive care nurse for four years before joining RECRUITERS. Her background in healthcare is where she discovered her passion for people. 

"I understand the significance a job can have on people's health and wellbeing. I believe that liking your job is half the battle in life, so if I can help people find their dream job, then I'm happy too".

One thing that really resonated with Tracey was RECRUITERS' belief that everyone should feel inspired in work, secure when they're there and leave fulfilled every day:

"I'm new to recruitment and excited for the new challenge. Ultimately, being good in recruitment corresponds with being good a helping people and that's really important to me. It was clear to me that RECRUITERS really understands this correlation and hence how they're different from all of the other recruitment agencies out there."

Pre Covid, Tracey was quite the social butterfly in her spare time. Since then, she's swapped pints for paddles and started Kayaking and paddle boarding! 

In addition to being a breath of fresh air to work with, Tracy has earned a higher national diploma in Human Resources Development in addition to a certificate in life coaching and the National Recruitment Federation.
