How long have you worked in recruitment?

       "This is my first role as a recruitment consultant and I’m loving it so far."

" I joined RECRUITERS on March 14th."

 

Why did you join RECRUITERS?

"A couple of years ago I received a job offer that really changed the way I was living at the time.

I was living here in Ireland not for so long when I met one of the lovely Recruitment Consultants from RECRUITERS who guided and helped me prepare for the entire interview process of the position I was offered. It was the best experience I have ever had with a recruitment agency, I really felt that she cared and that she wasn’t just going her job because she “had” to."

This is the reason I decided to join RECRUITERS, I want to be part of a company that cares, and make a difference in people’s lives, and I thought that this would be a great place to be part of.

 

Tell me a bit about your role and, if you’re a consultant, a bit about your speciality.

      "I work on the Contracting team. We are constantly looking for the best candidates for our client's contracting roles."

 

What’s your background before RECRUITERS?

"Before RECRUITERS I have worked with account management, sales, and customer services. I have 7 years of experience working at large IT companies such as IBM and Capgemini and 12 years working directly with customers."

 

What do you like to do in your spare time?

"In my spare time, I love to read and learn everything about Interior Design and put them to use in my house (I’m constantly having ideas and working on a project in my house – a room at a time, and when it is all done, I start again) and I also like to create spaces for family and friends when they ask for my help. I love to watch TV Shows and travel with my family. I also like to host board games nights for families and friends (with a few drinks, of course)."
