Our Director and head of our permanent recruitment division, Patricia Lynch, has been with RECRUITERS since 2015. With a background in both field and office-based sales as well as business and account management, Patricia became interested in consulting and helping both candidates and clients.

Patricia started her journey as a recruitment consultant before being promoted to assistant manager and eventually manager of the sales and marketing division. She has been named the top performer in the company multiple times and consistently hits her targets. Patricia specialises in senior sales positions, predominately within the tech sector.

Patricia is also a big sports fan and in particular, a massive GAA lover and outside of work she still plays with her local club in Cavan, which has included five county championships.
