Having just moved back from Toronto, Kirsten joined RECRUITERS at the end of 2020. A seasoned professional within the recruitment industry, Kirsten joined the RECRUITERS team in order to bring her experience and insights to an organisation that she knew would make a difference and an impact on the growth of the business, the industry and indeed, her career. 

Working closely with the Client Services Director, Kirsten's focus is primarily on creating new relationships and developing existing relationships with our clients across our four main offerings; permanent recruitment, contracting recruitment, executive search and managed recruitment services. Her success is tied directly to our clients' success and therefore she truly believes in creating long-lasting recruitment partnerships with employers in Ireland and abroad.

Before joining the recruitment sector, Kirsten worked within the financial services and advertising sectors with companies such as; Permanent TSB, KBC and Indeed to name a few. More recently, Kirsten worked internationally with two highly reputable recruitment agencies in Toronto, Canada. While there, Kirsten'ss focus was on improving her client's entire recruitment strategy and processes.

In her spare time, Kirsten enjoys socializing with family and friends, going on hikes and outdoor ventures, and discovering new recipes. Kirsten also holds a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and Art History from UCD along with a Diploma in Marketing Management from Griffith College.
