Each plan comes with a different level of hiring power available to clients. Hiring power refers to the combined salaries of all new hires available to clients to use any way they want when they want it. For example, a client using the Seed plan has €175,000 of hiring power available. They can choose to use this power to hire a CFO on a salary of €100,000, a Customer Success hire on a €40,000 salary, and a junior Marketing Exec on €35,000. How you use your hiring power is completely up to you.
Yes, companies can buy more hiring power at any time during or after the contract at the same rate of their current plan, or they can choose to level up to a new plan at a better rate.
Companies on the Series and Expand plans can carry leftover hiring power 1-month beyond the contract date. Your dedicated Account Manager will inform and keep reminding you of your contract expiry date to ensure you receive the best ROI on your plan.
Companies can level up their plans anytime during or after their contract. You can only level down your plan after your existing plan's contract expires and/or you have reached the hiring power limits of your existing plan.
