RECRUITERS want to be a responsible business that meets the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Our company’s social responsibility falls into two categories: compliance and proactiveness.
Compliance refers to our company’s commitment to legality, National Recruitment Federation (NRF) guidelines and code of conduct and a willingness to observe community values and ethics.
We will continue to act in accordance with the governing law of the State and encourage employees to report any breaches of such whether intentional or unintentional.
