A very successful lunch event was held today by the Royal Institute of Architects Ireland. The topic of developing a sustainable career in Architecture was discussed through a variety of presentations. Our very own Jane Gormley was kindly asked to speak about how to attract and retain the right staff.
Jane explained the necessity of defining your recruitment process, competency based interviewing and the importance of retention in today's competitive candidate market.
There was a variety of presentations throughout the morning, Breda O’Malley, one of Ireland's leading employment law solicitors, gave a talk on Employment Law which was also another highlight. Well done to all involved in organising such a great event, until next time!
