Senior Legal Advisor

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Legal Advisor with extensive knowledge of telecommunications regulations and litigation experience to join their legal team. The successful candidate will work closely with their management and legal team to provide legal advice and support on various matters related to the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance and advice to the company on regulatory issues and compliance matters related to telecommunications laws and regulations.
• Manage the company's legal affairs related to telecommunications, including drafting and negotiating contracts, licenses, and other legal agreements.
• Represent the company in court proceedings and other legal disputes related to telecommunications.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments related to telecommunications.
• Advise management and stakeholders on legal risks and potential legal issues related to telecommunications.

Requirements:

• A law degree from a reputable institution and admission to the bar.
• At least 7 years of experience in the legal field, with a strong background in telecommunications regulations and litigation.
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications laws, regulations, and industry practices.
• Experience in handling complex legal matters related to telecommunications, including litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex legal issues to a non-legal audience.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
