Senior Credit Specialist

As a Senior Credit Specialist you will play a vital role in setting the strategic direction of credit portfolios in multi-asset funds, evaluating creditworthiness, and ensuring the financial stability of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PM’s the in house asset management team and the in-house credit analysts, to analyse credit data, develop credit policies, and make informed decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in credit analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Credit Specialist or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of credit analysis techniques, credit risk assessment, and underwriting principles.
• Familiarity with insurance products, policies, and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Credit Executive (CCE) are a plus.
