Scientist- Lab Operations (Dunboyne) - 11 Month contract

My client is a global healthcare company that delivers innovative health solutions through its prescription medicines, vaccines, biologic therapies, and animal health products.We are looking for a Scientst for Lab Operations for our state-of-the-art multi-product facility in Dunboyne.

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

• Participate in the start-up of operations withing the new lab facility including suppot of equipment qualifications PQ protocols, documentation generation such as SOP's, work instructions authoring 
• Perform supporting activities for general lab operations, training, new product introduction, method verifications and method transfers
• Ability to organise and establish testing schedules and adhere to deadlines
• Support introduction of novel, innovative solutions supporting the microbiology lab start up of biologivs within the facilty
• Execute in-process and drug substance analysis studies to support manufacturing, including supporting laboratory scale studies

What do I need to secure an interview?

• Knowledge of Environmental Testing, WFI testing 
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent is essential
• Understadnign of method transfers, scheduling would be highly desirable for
• Knowledge and understanding of EU and US cGMP regulations 
• Risk Assessment experience
