Quality Technician (QC Bioanalytical Analyst)

My client is a global healthcare company that delivers innovative health solutions through its prescription medicines, vaccines, biologic therapies, and animal health products.

We are looking for Quality Technician to join the team for a period of 11 months to work in the Biologics laboratory.

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

• You will be responsible for performing analytical testing in the Biologics lab in line with LEAN methodologies
• Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using a variety of bioanalytical techniques
• Support the lab testing schedule to achieve an efficient QC system
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, such as HPLC, GC, ELISA, and PCR, to assess product quality, purity, potency, and stability
• Receive and manage the samples that come into the lab for stability testing
• Participate in risk assessments, inspections, audits, incident investigations, and implement and follow-up on corrective / preventative measures
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company SOPs, specifications and GMP regulations

What do you need from me in terms of experience?

• Bachelor of Science in natural science or related discipline
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bioanalytical laboratory, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and quality systems, such as cGMP, GLP, and ICH guidelines
